A wax-supporting shaft (17) is equipped so that its direction is almost perpendicular to the travelling path of the yarn. The rotatable guide plate (21) for the yarn is established on the supporting shaft (17). A cylindrical wax (23) is installed on the supporting shaft so that it is rotatable and moves to the guide plate. The yarn is supplied through a yarn pipe (3), passed on the cylindrical wax (23), and transferred by rollers (5,8).
