Instant soup made of fowl meat contains fowl meat, ginseng, jujube, gralic and subsidary materials. This sanitary, instant fowl meat soup is easily digestible. The mixt. composed of 10% pure fowl meat, 4% ginseng, 20% jujube, 1% garlic, 5% dextrose and 40% flour in its component ratio. The fowl meat is cooked and dried in an electric oven before powderization of the above materials to prevent loss of perfume and nutrient.
