The filter for an integrated circut functions as a biquardratic active filter and one-port impedance. It also has transfer functions for two-port voltage, two-port current and two-port impedance. The device comprises two current amplifiers, which operate as a first low-pass filter, and are used in feedback for a negative current; a bias source, which controls the low-pass characteristics of the two amplifiers; an input mechanism, which receives input current ; and an output mechanism.
