The platform comprises a foundation mounting a flexible column with a stabiliser fixed to the top of the column. A second column connects a deck to the stabiliser. The stabiliser includes a buoyancy reserve compensating for the weight of the deck. The mass of water entrained by the stabiliser provides a stabilising effect for the flat form. The flexible offshore platform includes a base made from a ring lattice steel work fixed to foundations and a column made from metal lattice. A column is connected at its upper part to a stabiliser formed by several floats. The short column supports a deck on the stabiliser.
