THe invention relates to a mobile flight-path surveying device (150), in which a flight path surveying and observation theodolite (100) is supported on a first frame (20) of a vehicle (130) by means of a lowering device (30). The lowering device (30) essentially comprises a base (65) carrying the theodolite (100) and a second frame (40) supported on the first frame (20). The base (65), together with the theodolite (100), is supported so as to be lowered and raised again in a second frame (40) relative to the first frame (20) and can be levelled and/or centered on the ground by means of support elements (75, 75', 75''; 95, 95', 95'') arranged on the underside (65') of the base (65).
