The frequency divider has a rectangular housing (1) containing an input circuit, a divider diode (5) and a comb filter coupled to the latter. The diode (5) acts as part of an inductive pin (2) for the first resonator of the comb filter, with capacitive tuning effected via a tuning screw (8) fitting coaxially into the pin (2). - An insulating press block (7) is held against the pin (2) and the diode (5) via a screw (6) fitting through the opposite wall of the housing (1) to that abutting the press block. The input frequency to be divided is fed to the junction between the pin (2) and the diode (5) via a band line (10).
