In the housing guideway is axially slidable a switching pin under a spring force, with a locking grooVe across its axis, into which engages a resilient holding pin in the switching pin starting position with the spring tension. The resilient holding pin is disengageable by an actuator protruding outside the housing. The actuator is in the form of a guide sleeve (4) for the switching pin (9), which is axially slidable and rotatable in the housing (3,14). It has a transverse slot (16) in front of the switching pin locking groove (10), when the switching pin is in its starting position. The resilient holding pin (15) extends through the transverse slot and is secured at the housing at a distance from the switching pin. The holding pin can be released from the oblique edge bounding surfaces of the slot both by rotation and sliding of the guide sleeve.
