A device for securing against axial displacement of a precision mechanics component which is supported on a journal such that it can rotate is proposed, in which a component manufactured from an elastic synthetic material is supported on a journal, which is provided with a circumferential groove, such that it can rotate. A hole, constructed as a bearing bush, in the component, is provided with a bead, which is arranged in an annular manner, engages into the groove when the journal is inserted into the hole, and secures the component against axial displacement.
