Safety device for infusion controlling apparatus

A safety device for an infusion controlling apparatus comprising a spring-loaded, rocker-shaped or plunger-shaped element which is permanently kept ready by a switched-on retaining magnet in order to interrupt the flow through the infusion hose when the retaining magnet flux is not available. The spring-loaded element is pre-tensioned by a motor-driven cam, and message elements in the terminal positions permit dynamic testing of the safety device itself.
