Process for the coupled production of interferon-gamma and interleukin 2

The process entails incubation of human peripheral blood lymphocytes in cell cultures with a phorbol ester and with a calcium ionophore and subsequent removal of the lymphokine-containing solution, purification thereof and separate isolation of interferon-gamma and interleukin 2 therefrom.
