A medicine and a reagent which prevent the liberation of histamine in the blood comprise A sample of PAF-Acether is diluted to a homeopathic dose (between 6 CH and 15 CH) by the Hahnemann method, with agitation of the intermediate dilutions. Applications: Inversion of the known properties of PAF-Acether in an allopathic dose, treatment of allergic phenomena and aggregation of blood platelets.
