Process for constructing tanks in the ground water without lowering the ground water, in particular tanks for secondary clarification in waste water technology

In the process for manufacturing tanks extending deep into the ground water, in particular funnel tanks for the clarification method, these are first constructed to be buoyant and then, depending on the construction phase, lowered in stages into the construction trench filled with water. This process bypasses the high-cost problems of the conventional construction methods, in particular those involving lowering the ground water. The process, moreover, permits the construction of additional recesses of the tanks beneath the primary excavation.
