The method comprises a phase for the addition of a setting agent and of water and of natural products from the site where the installation is built, which products are made up of pure clay or of a mixture of products whose main constituent is clay. A mixer is made up of a tank having a concrete base slab (2) from which projects a central block (4) also made of concrete and supporting a cylindrical wall (5) delimiting the tank. The central block (4) carries a frame (6) driven in rotation, to which are joined harrows (8) housed in the annular space created between the central block and the wall of the tank.
