According to the invention the sealing joint 11 is manufactured in an elastomer thermoplastic material which is softer than traditional thermoplastics, and whose injection temperature is compatible with the plastic material of the joint holder 1; it is injected into position across the wall 6 in an orifice which traverses the latter, in such a manner as to form a bead 14 on the other face of the wall 6 than that through which the injection is effected. The joint 11 is held in position by pins which are rigidly connected to the wall 6 and embedded in the joint 11, and by a bead 15 for stopping it from being torn out on the face of the wall through which the injection is effected.
