Automatic feedback control of the irradiation power for an X-ray facility with image amplifier whose supply to the X-ray tube is connected to a unit regulating the parameters of the X-ray tube. The supply 18 to the X-ray tube 19 includes a synchronising output producing a signal proportional to the AC voltage thereof. In the signal converter there is provided an electronic switch 1 whose control input is connected to a circuit generating the gate signal. Application to the production of a feedback control circuit making it possible to obtain agreement between the time constants for fast sensing and for slow regulation for the monitoring of the irradiation of an X-ray facility.
