The subject of the invention is iodine-labelled radioactive estradiene derivatives of the general formula: IMAGE in which the wavy line on the oxime nitrogen means that the oxime functional group may be in syn or anti position, in which formula R represents hydrogen, an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms or an acyl group of a carboxylic acid having from 2 to 12 carbon atoms and R1 represents the residue of an amino acid R1NH2 or the residue of a derivative of the latter, this residue possessing an iodine-accepting group and being labelled with 125 or 131iodine, the process for preparing them and their application in radioimmunological assays.
