HIGH SENSITIVITY IS OBTAINED IN THE SCREENING OF MEDICINAL PRODUCTS USING THE RADIOACTIVE ASSAY OF RECEPTORS IN THE DETERMINATION OF THE PLASMATIC LEVEL OF 1,4-DIHYDROPYRIDINES, 1,4-DIHYDROQUINOLINS AND OTHER SUBSTANCES, WHICH INTERACT WITH THE RECEPTORS OF 1,4-DIHYDROPYRIDINE AND 1,4-DIHYDROQUINOLINE, SO THAT A SHORT-SHORT EXPOSURE PERIOD IS OBTAINED DURING THE AUTORADIOGRAPHIC REPRESENTATION OF RECEPTORS OF THESE SUBSTANCES. To this end, an amine derivative of a 1,4-dihydro-pyridine or 1,4-dihydroquinoline is reacted with an acylating reagent, which is radioactively labeled with I (2200-4400CIMMOLE), and the above-mentioned derivative is isolated.
