The method according to the invention consists in making a frame 1 divided into compartments using uprights 2 and cross-pieces 3, in fixing the frame against a panel 5, in pouring an expansible synthetic material into the compartments of the frame 1, in shaving off the resulting foam 4 which would jut out of the compartments of the frame 1 after expansion of the synthetic material, and in fixing a second panel 6 against the frame 1 in order to trap the foam 4. The construction elements obtained by the implementation of this method limit as much as possible the risks of thermal bridges forming, provide an excellent thermal and/or acoustic insulation, and are easy to manufacture.
