AUTOMATIC DECIDING DEVICE FOR ADJUSTMENT OF SIZE AND LINEARITY

PURPOSE:To reduce a decision time for the suitability of an adjustment by constituting a device so as to fetch the rays of light at the position of a bright line which is adjusted for an adjusting specification value making an optical fiber lined up at the front of a cathode-ray tube regularly as a detecting part. CONSTITUTION:By an optical fiber 4 lined up regularly at the front plane of the cathode-ray tube 2 in a color television 1 and a sensor part fixing plate 3 fixed at the cathode-ray tube 2, the bright lines of longitudinal and lateral when receiving a cross hatch signal are fetched in. The optical fiber 4 positioned at the position of the brightness that is adjusted within the adjusting specification value is segmented to a group which has one longitudinal and one lateral bright line. Assuming that there are longitudinal bright lines H1-Hn and lateral bright lines V1-Vn, the groups are divided into FH1-FHn of longitudinal and FV1-FVn of lateral and FH1-FHn are used for the decision of a horizontal size/ horizontal linearity and FV1-FVn for that of a vertical linearity. One group of the optical fiber 4 is inputted to an outside light beam shading cylinder 5 and is condensed at the base of a phototransistor 7 by a convex lens 6 and is converted to an electrical signal.
