PURPOSE:To make it possible to receive a transmitter-receiver in the drive part of an antenna, by integrally forming a microwave transmitting system reaching LPF from the circulator of a transmitter-receiver on a strip line by a microwave IC. CONSTITUTION:The connection type circulator 91 of a receiving system is constituted of a triplate type strip line wherein a Y-branch central conductor is held between a thin Teflon plate and a ferrite disc and a diode limiter 92 mounts two kinds of PIN diode chips in parallel to the strip line while an attenuator 93 mounts one PIN diode in parallel to said strip line. A low noise amplifier 94 is constituted of GaAsFET and a mixer 95 being an image rejection type double balanced mixer has a shot key variable diode used therein and the receiving signal of the mixer 95 is mixed with the signal of a local oscillator 96 to be sent to an intermediate frequency amplifier 99 through LPF 97.
