PURPOSE:To make it possible to complete dust removing work without stopping time by jointing the upper base part of rakearm with elastic cylinder assembly whose axis is supported by truck and installing buffer mechanism on the seme axial line with this assembly. CONSTITUTION:When the truck reaches lower end part of guide, it is stopped by operation of limit switch (LS) and at the same time motor 24 starts to operate, cylindrical part 2 of elastic cylinder assebmly 21 rotates, axial rod 22 is pulled in the inside of cylindrical part 25, rakearms 15 and 15' go toward screen on axis 13 as fulcrum, and the rake fitted on the tip is put fittingly in the lowest end part of screen. LS 31 detects this closure of rakearm and raises truck along the guide through electric speed reducer. When over load is laid on arms 15 and 15', spring 28 shrinks and buffer force has effect on arms 15 and 15' to allow rake to avoid over load, thus removal of dust being allowed to continue without stoppage of operation.
