PURPOSE:To improve a temperature rise characteristics and to reduce the heat energy loss by controlling automatically the aspiration amount of a thermostat of a high temperature tester for electronic parts in response to the load heating value. CONSTITUTION:A high temperature tester for electric parts is provided with a temperature sensor 9 set into a thermostat 8, a heater 1 which is controlled by a temperature controller 10, a fan motor 2 for cooling aspiration which undergoes the speed control through a motor speed control part 11, a load heating par 3 consisting of an under-test device, a heating value detection sensor 4 for part 3, an open/close part 5 for aspiration port, an exhaust vent damper 6 and a stirring fan 7. The heater 1 is energized by the controller 10 to raise up the temperature of the thermostat 10. Then a PID control range is secured when the inside temperature of the thermostat reaches 90% of the set level. At the same time, the cooling aspiration is started by the motor 2 in response to the load heating value. Then the heating value is calculated by a heating value calculating part 12 via the sensor 4 to obtain the desired cooling heating value. Thus the rotational frequency of the motor 2 is controlled.
