SYSTEM FOR CONVERTING AND PROCESSING DOCUMENTATION DIGITS

PURPOSE:To insure the format of an original document from being damaged as much as possible when the number of digits on one line is reduced by handing the final character on one line other than the margin and space of the original document as a stop code and space-clearing remainder digits. CONSTITUTION:When the number of digits on one line of the document on a document film 26 is specified through a keyboard 23, a digit number conversion indicating part 28 in a documentation processing part 27 stores the original document in an original document buffer 31, and activates a new documentation processing part 29. It activates a one line generation processing part 30, takes out the original document by one line, and decides the final character on one line except space data and a right margin such as line feed and paper feed. Then it is handled as the stop code, and new document data is repeatedly generated in a new document buffer 32.
