PURPOSE:To improve the executing efficiency, productivity and maintenance of a program by forming a means for unifically processing codes having the different number of bits respectively and a means for forming and executing the program independently of respective codes. CONSTITUTION:A CPU in an information processor has a main memory (MM)14 in its inside, a terminal input device 2, a terminal output device 3, a secondary memory device 4, and a communication control device 5 are connected to the MM14 and other I/O devices 7, 8 and a CPU9 are connected to the control device 5 through a communication circuit 6. A command inputted from the input device 2 is interpreted by an interpretation program 11 and an execution program 12 is started through an OS10. Consequently, a compiler 13 inputs a source program 20 in a secondary memory device 4 and forms an executable program 26 in the MM14 or the secondary memory device 4. The executable program 26 is formed by data reading 21 in each record, analysis 22 of terms, analysis 23 of sentence structure, etc.
