SYSTEM APPLICATION MANAGING AND CONTROLLING SYSTEM IN TSS DATA PROCESSING SYSTEM

摘要

PURPOSE:To enable an operator to take quick countermeasure against a trouble by examining a TSS terminal user in system application from log data at the time of occurrence of trouble and displaying the kind of trouble to outside simultaneously. CONSTITUTION:A log processing section 8 collects main data for enabling diagnosis and recovering process at the time of occurrence of trouble, and stores in a log data file 9. A system application managing section 11 reads log data from the log file when trouble occurred, and extracts user ID in system application or processing at the point of time, and prepares a list. Then, it reads the content of trouble from a trouble detecting section 10, and outputs to a console terminal 12. A system manager observes the picture of the console terminal 12, and gives command to bring to an end forcibly, or to send a message to urge finishing or to send other atypical message to each user in application of the system according to the degree of the trouble.
