COPPER-LEAD SEPARATING FLOATATION METHOD

摘要

PURPOSE:To perform the treatment of the titled method economically and efficiently by making the Cu-Pb concentrate lead sulfate of the nonsulfurized mineral in the conditions of high temp. and high acid, adding thiourea as an inhibitor to this liquid, floating and separating preferentially the lead mineral. CONSTITUTION:In relation to the preferential floatation of the lead mineral contained in the Cu-Pb concentrate, the lead mineral is firstly made to lead sulfate of nonsulfurized mineral in the conditions of high temp. and high acid for the Cu-Pb concentrate and thereafter thiourea is added as an inhibitor to a pulp liquid of this process and the lead mineral is preferentially separated as th floated mineral. In such a way, the lead mineral can be preferentially floated and separated effectively and economically from the Cu-Pb sulfurized mineral.
