PURPOSE:To facilitate fixing and positioning a rotary transmitting member and a sleeve, to prevent axial jarring action and to improve oil seal function by positioning the rotary transmitting member by means of a spacer and fitting means, and disposing oil seals on the spacer. CONSTITUTION:A sleeve 61 is rotatably fitted to the outer periphery of the first output shaft 3 for driving either front wheels or rear wheels. The sleeve 61 is adapted to transmit power for driving the other front or rear wheels to the second output shaft through a rotary transmitting member 62. The rotary transmitting member 62 is spline-fitted to the sleeve 61. Further, the rotary transmitting member 62 is positioned and fixed between the spacer 62 and the fitting means 623. Oil seals 624, 625 are respectively provided on the outer and inner peripheries of the spacer 622 to prevent leakage of lubricating oil.
