PURPOSE:To enable to improve the performance of VSWR over a wide variety and to reduce the working period and cost, by forming the ring shape dielectric rings evaporated for the fin and conductor ring with lamination. CONSTITUTION:The fin 6 and the conductor ring 7 are evaporated on the ring shape dielectric ring 8 and the fins 6 in adjacency each other and the ring shape dielectric ring 8 at the intermediate form the corrugate groove for dielectric substance filling. This ring shape dielectric ring 8 is piled in the external cylinder 9, and the ring shape dielectric substance ring 8 piled up and the external cylinder 9 constitute the converter. Further, this converter is electrically connected to the corrugate cone horn 5 via the metal contact 10. Thus, the VSWR performance of the converter can be improved over a wide variety and the period of work and working cost can be reduced.
