HEAT RESISTANT CAST ALLOY EXCELLENT IN HIGH TEMPERATURE AGEING DUCTILITY AND CARBURIZATION RESISTANCE

PURPOSE:To attain to enhance ageing ductility and carburization resistance in a high temp. region, by containing C, Si, Mn, Cr, Ni, Nb, Al, N and Fe in a predetermined ratio. CONSTITUTION:A heat resistant cast alloy has a composition consists of, on the basis of wt%, 0.11-0.25% C, 0.3-1.5% Si, 2% or less Mn, 23-38% Cr, 30- 40% Ni, 0.5-2% Nb, 0.03-0.5% Al, 0.08% or less N and the remainder Fe. This alloy has excellent carburization resistance and ageing ductility even at a high temp. and is excellent as a high temp. apparatus member.
