PURPOSE:To enable citites to be selected readily through easy-to-understand operation in a short time with less number of switches by classifying plural cities to a plurality of blocks and performing block selection and city selection out of these respectively by means of separate selecting means. CONSTITUTION:A display part 2 is constituted by a time display part 2a and a world city display part 2b. Desired selective displaying of the world map outside lines 2i printed by fine lines on the lower polarizing plate or reflecting plate positioned in the lower part of the display part 2, the continent discriminating display part 2j by the display electrode patterns formed by the bald lines superposed flatly with said lines and classified by territories, e.g., 5 continents, the city position discriminating display part 2K formed by the display electrode patterns superposed flatly with the plural city position printed bodies 2K' printed therein and performing flickering displaying and the city code display part 2l corresponding to the city positions being flickering-displayed is performed by operating a continent selection switch 4 and a city selection switch 5 or the like.
