PURPOSE:To secure the close adhesion performance between a valve opening and a valve piece and between a magnetic circuit and a permanent magnet by allowing the valve piece and the permanent magnet to be held onto the both edges of a valve shaft. CONSTITUTION:A lever 30 which can turn around a supporting point 29 is installed into a chamber 28 connected to an inlet 25 side. A valve shaft 31 is installed at the free edge side of the lever 30, and a valve piece 32 made of rubber material is installed at the shaft edge of a valve opening 27 side, and a spring 33 always urged in the direction departing from the lever 30 surface acts. At one shaft edge, a permanent magnet 34 is held, and the slip-off of the valve shaft 31 from the lever 30 is suppressed, and the valve shaft 31 is in free swingable state around the hole on the lever 30. Since the permanent magnet 34 is swingable for the lever 30, dimension error is absorbed by the self force, and close adhesion state is always maintained.
