CONTROLLING METHOD OF INSULATING OIL IN TAP CHANGER SECTION OF RECEIVING TRANSFORMER

PURPOSE:To perform effective control to level of insulating oil by a method wherein level of insulating oil is detected by an oil level meter, where synchronous transmitter is self-contained, and is received by a synchronous receiver at remote place. CONSTITUTION:In a tap changer 3 installed to a receiving transformer 1, insulating oil is filled in and is circulated through circulation tank 4. An oil level member 6 which displays level of insulating oil is installed to the tank 4. An indicator 9, which cooperates with moving of a float 7 going up and down in accordance with changing level of oil, is attached to the oil level meter 6 and also a synchronous transmitter (no figure) is built-in. The signal from the synchronous transmitter is received by a synchronous receiver 11 which is self- contained to a monitoring board 10 installed to remote place and is displayed to a display meter 12. By the fact, effective control to the said level of oil is enabled without usual patrol and monitor by worker.
