PROCESSING UNIT FOR OIL-MIXED WASTE WATER WITH UTILIZATION OF EXHAUST HEAT

PURPOSE:To perform efficient evaporation with utilization of exhaust heat, by parallelly arranging an exhaust pipe, through which high-temperature exhaust gas flows, and a steam-generating slightly oil-mixed waste water tank through one or two of partition walls each located apart from the other. CONSTITUTION:An exhaust pipe 10 is arranged in parallel with a waste water tank 12 through a partition wall 18. A plurality of heat pipes 1 are located between the exhaust pipe 10 and the waste water tank 12 through the partition wall 18, to evaporate waste water 11 with the heat of high-temperature exhaust gas 9. The combustion exhaust gas is introduced through an exhaust gas-introduce pipe 13 and discharged through an outlet pipe 14. Circular fins 17 may be used to increase a heat-transmitting surface area, but the circular fins 17 attached to the heat pipes 1 at the side of the waste water tank 12 may be omitted. The partition wall 18 may comprise one closely adherent sheet or divided sheets each located apart from another.
