PURPOSE:To turn over smoothly a material to be conveyed and to improve operability by converting the displacement of a cam rail for swiveling to the swiveling of a shaft for swiveling and rotating an arm support to turn over a griping mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A traveling mechanism is moved to move a carrier 65 and the displacement of the cam rail for swiveling is converted to the swiveling of the shaft 70 for swiveling by a swiveling conversion mechanism. The arm support 91 is then rotated to turn over the gripping mechanism F by an arm 93. The material to be conveyed is thus conveyed while said material is turned over by said mechanism grips the material. The material is therefore turned over smoothly and the operability is improved.
