PURPOSE:To enable easire adjustment of windshield amount as well as providing a good snowfall condition by holding a windshield panel at such an angle that its top end is located upstream of the wind while its bottom end downstream of the wind. CONSTITUTION:A wind shield panel 1 is at such an angle held that its bottom end contacts a floor 7 and is located closer to the automobile under test. The wind from a blower nozzle 6 strikes against the windshield panel 1, then flows rightward and leftward through a space rectangular in section between the both ends of the nozzle and the windshield panel 1 and passes away on the both sides of the automobile. Most of the wind from the nozzle 6 flows rightward and leftward of the space rectangular in section formed by the windshield panel 1, then changes its direction and goes downstream on the both sides of the automobile 9 while the lower part of the wind flows downstream through the bottom part of the motor vehicle after passing through the space between the bottom end of the wind shield panel 1 and the floor 7.
