A cleaning tool for general domestic or industrial use is constructed from a moulded PVC tube approx. 30 mm diam. and 40 to 50 cm long,having a central radial stub to serve as or accept a handle. - The body is covered with a pair of adhesive atapetapes 5 cm wide and having a hooked pile.
