The head for a tennis racket has strings that cross each other to form a rectangular mesh. The max. dia. of the strings is 1.2 mm and 26 transversal strings and 22 longitudinal strings are used to form 513 holes. The central part of the head has at least 121 holes in a 10 cm square. - The max. size of each hole is 81 mm sq. and the max. size of each hole in the central part is 1 cm.sq. The tension of the strings is maintained at between 18 kg and 20 kg.
