PROCESS FOR PREPARING VACCINE AND HYPERIMMUNE SERUM SUITABLE FOR THE DIAGNOSIS OF CANCEROUS MALADIES AND OTHER SIMILAR CONDITIONS BASED ON DISTURBANCES IN THE IMMUNE SYSTEM

A blood sm is treated with an anti-clotting agent and its protein content is completely broken up or pptd. The sample is incubated for 25 days at 10-20 deg.C., and the red blood cells are removed from it. Normal human or animal blood, similarly treated with anti-clotting agent, is added to the sample in the ratio 0.1-3:6. The mixt. is incubated for 5-10 days at 10-20 deg.C and the red blood cells are again removed. - The protein content of eserum is partly or completely broken up or pptd., then the serum is incubated for 3-5 days at 10-20 deg.C., and preserved in the normal way. If animal blood is used the albumin is removed from the serum in the normal way, and the serum is for 30-60 minutes at 37-56 deg.C. - The serum is then kept at 95-100 deg.C for 1-3 minutes, and mixed, as required, with additives, such as dead bacterial culture or its extract and/or immunity stimulating and/or suppressing materials.
