The pipe bore cleaning tool drive unit consists of a helical resilient spring drive. A hand operated clamp mechanism is covered with a protective safety cap mechanism (2). A sprinq guide mechanism (6) is positioned above the pipe line (7). The drive mechanism is positioned on roof (8) of a building. At the end of the resilient spring (5) fits a standard pipe cleaning tool (9). Between the safety cap and the spring guide mechanism, the spring is covered by a protective nose (10).
