Each rotor (4) has one cutter-blade (82) which pivots freely on it. The pivot axle of the blade is near the rotor's hub. Each cutter blade consists of a sprung steel plate 1 mm thick fixed to the rotor by means of a bayonet catch. The length of each cutter-blade between its mounting and its free end at least equals the distance between the mounting and the rotor's axle. Each cutter-blade can be attached to a cam on the rotor via a slit (83). Each rotor (4) including its cutter blade (82) is counter-balanced, to prevent vibration. The cog-wheel (73) belonging to the rotor (4) has at least one hole underneath the cutter-blade. The rotors (4) are mounted on a base-plate which is curved upwards at the front. The cutter blade of each rotor is positioned at 50 deg. from the blade of the adjacent rotor.
