A strip of flexible material is placed on the forehead or waist of the person involved. The strip has a metal rail to which a connection is provided for printed conductive circuits. On a flexible plate of non-conductive material, is placed a closed glass tube containing internal electrodes which adjoin a raised section where a ball of solid metal or mercury may be moved horizontally and vertically.
