The roller training appts. is used for long distance ski training and has two front wheels positioned on a common axle and one rear wheel attached to a bearing fork. The training appts. also has a support frame to carry the foot of the driver and the axle of the front wheels can be steered through an axle bearing reacting to the transverse inclination of the support frame. The wheels are set asymmetrically with the axle bearing (11) relative to the front axle (8) being positioned away from the centre and closer to the inner wheel (6). The steering axle (10) connecting the axle bearing (11) with the support frame (1) is set at an angle of about 40 degrees to the horizontal and there is an extension (9') projecting transverse from the steering axle (10) and working together with the spring (12) which produces a return movement from transverse inclinations of the support frame.
