Dough kneading machine - with separate raising mechanisms for kneading tool and kneading trough

Kneading machine, esp. for dough, has the kneading mechanism suspended on an arm which can be raised at the end of the kneading operation along a toothed rack and turned over out of the way. A similar toothed rack mechanism at an angle to the first can then be used to raise trough and dump the dough. Saves time and labour and performs the required function in a min. of space.
