An Improved Method of isomerizar atilico allylic Halide to form its isomer.Is to carry out the isomerization in the presence of a selected Organic Quaternary Salt, of the formula (i) wherein X is selected from the group consisting of Organic anions such as nitrate, benzoate, phenylacetate and others; R1, R2, R3 and R4 are selected, each independently NteOne of the groups that consist of hidrocarbilo and hidrocarbilo replaced; and M represents Nitrogen, Phosphorus or arsenic. The temperature is 0 to 50jc isomerization.
