Procedure for the preparation of fast Dissolving Pharmaceutical compositions containing as the active ingredient triamterene or Metolazone.Comprising: (a) mixing Starch used as one of the ingredients of the pharmaceutical composition for 10 minutes; (b) grinding finely sieved and separate the active ingredient to obtain a distribution of Particle sizes below 155 Nm; c) dilute geometrically the ingredi Screening Active entity in the mixture of Starches (a) for 5 to 15 minutes to mix separately; (d)Dibasic Calcium phosphate, microcrystalline Cellulose and used as excipients in Pharmaceutical composition for 5 to 10 minutes; e) The dissolution of the active ingredient to add Geometric and Starch to the mix of excipients for 5 to 15 minutes; (f) to incorporate a LUBRICANT in L To Mass in (e) and Stir for 1 minute to obtain a homogeneous mixture of Dry FluidEZ free and uniform; and (g) to compress the mixture to form Tablets or Loaded in Capsules. The proportions by weight are 0.05 to 12.5% of the active ingredient, 10 to 90% of microcrystalline Cellulose, 1 to 20% of Starch, 10 to 90% of Calcium phosphate dibasic and 0.1 to 3% of the LUBRICANT.
