Abstract1,4-Dihydropyridines of the formulain whichn is 0,1 or 2, andR1 to R7 can have a wide variety of meanings,which possess inotropic action, and many of whichare new, are useful in increasing the influx ofCa++ into cells, particularly in combating coronaryand vascular diseases, hypertension swelling in themucous membranes and diseases involving a depressionof blood sugar or an incorrect salt and fluid balance.
