The footwear, particularly for patients whose fore part of the foot has been operated comprises a body (1) open at the front, said body consisting of two quarters (2) intended to envelope the rear part of the foot of the patient and of an insole (3) resting on a thick sole (4) considerably higher at the front than at the rear.
