The permanent waving containing one or more active substances, keratin-reducing agent of the hair is brought by means of additives giving consistency to a consistency of viscous creamy at room temperature, with a viscosity greater than 100 mPa x s. Additives bodying are selected such that the permanent waving agent has, after heating at a temperature in a range from 25 to 42oC, a significant loss of greater viscosity at 60% compared to the viscosity departure and to less than 50 mPa xs, that is to say, it becomes fluid in this temperature range.
