METHOD OF PRODUCING FOR UNSATURATED POLYESTER BY RECYCLING OF WASTE POLYESTER

Unsaturated polyester is prepared from waste plastics residue in an ethylene glycol distillation, glycol, and multi-basic acid by adding to the product of primary esterification the reaction between glycol or triol and fatty acid at 200 - 300C, by heating it up to 160 - 220C in a nitrogen atmosphere, by adding to the solution a small amount of hydroquinone dissolved in phthalic acid derivative, and by cooling it to 110 - 150C. Acid values of the primary and secondary reactions are 1 - 6 mg KOH/g and 25 - 35 mg KOH/g, respectively.
