THE MEASURING METHOD FOR MAGNETIC PROPERTY BY MEASURING BARKHAUSEN NOISE

This is the method of measuring magnetic characteristics by the average amplitude of barkhausen noise and ringdown count. Since this need not frame, it is a completely nondestructive measuring method that is not restricted by the size and shape of tested segment. In production line, it can display directly the locally variant magnetic characteristics due to impurity, remaining force and crevice and can discriminate only the bad portion. This contributes to increased productivity and can be applied to measure the static and dynamic force of the steel construction or welded portion.
